We inform you that the Government of the Republic of Serbia, at the session that was held on 8th December 2017, decided to cancel visas for citizens of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, holders of any kind of passports, for entering, transiting as well as staying on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, up to 30 days in a period of one year, starting the day of first entering the Republic of Serbia, if there are no any other nuisance according to Article II of the Law of Foreign Citizens. The decision is published in “the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia ” No: 111/2017 on 11.12.2017. The decision is entering into force on 19.12.2017.

 Citizens of the Republic of Guinea Bissau, holders of any kind of passports, who wish to enter and stay in the Republic of Serbia for a period longer then 30 days, or to study, live, work, or to deal with media activities or any other activities, they are obliged to apply for visa before they enter Republic of Serbia. In case they want to enter Republic of Serbia, and they have already stayed for 30 days without visa, from the date of entry in the Republic of Serbia in a period of one year, according to the Decision of the Government, for their next enter in the Republic of Serbia they must apply for visa.
