Printer Friendly Version ABOLITION OF VISA FOR CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SURINAME FOR ENTERING AND RESIDING IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA @ 2 February 2018 11:43 AM

We inform that the Government of the Republic of Serbia made a decision for abolition of visas, on December 28, 2017, according of which citizens of the Republic of Suriname, holders of any kind of passport, can enter, transit and stay on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, for 30 days the longest, from the date of entrance, in a period of one year, if there are no any other interferences according to Article II of the Law on Foreigners. The decision is published in “the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia ” No: 199/2017 on 29.12.2017, and became effective as from 05.01.2018.

 

Citizens of the Republic of Suriname, holders of any kind of passports, who wish to enter and stay in the Republic of Serbia for a period longer then 30 days, or to study, live, work, or to deal with media activities or any other activities, they are obliged to apply for visa before they enter Republic of Serbia. In case they want to enter Republic of Serbia, and they have already stayed for 30 days without visa, from the date of entry in the Republic of Serbia in a period of one year, according to the Decision of the Government, for their next enter in the Republic of Serbia they must apply for visa.
